All of our cases are made to order
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your case, the first thing to do is contact us on email@example.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours. All our products are made to order and due to the personalised nature of each campaign, we are unable to offer a refund and resell the product. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we can replace it (exact image and case). In the event that the product has a fault, please contact us. Once we verify that the product is faulty we may offer to reproduce and resend your order free of charge.
