Ordering

What phone case should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which model is right for you, refer to the information on your phone settings. They’re normally located underneath the model type within your phone or tablet settings.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! However all of our products are made to order. While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to refund the order except in cases where there is damage to the product. There is a 3 hour window after purchase when an order can be cancelled free of charge.

Please get in touch with the customer support team within 3 hours of an order for cancellation.

I made a mistake. Can I exchange my order?

We want you to love what you bought from Swagmycase. If you made a mistake with your phone model, please contact the customer support team.

There is no need for return labels at this point. Just get contact the customer support team with your email address, order number and the correct model that is required.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Where does my order from Swagmycase print and ship from?

In collaboration with our partners we are able to print orders from the same region as the delivery address. With facilities in the UK, US, EU, Australia and South Korea, we'll get these beauties to you no time.

Will I get charged customs taxes for my order?

Customs regulations can vary from country to country. If you live in the UK, US, Canada, EU, Mexico, Japan, Australia & New Zealand your order will not be subject to customs charges as we have internal facilities in those countries. While all reasonable steps are taken to comply with standards some items may be deemed prohibited and seized by the receiving country.

What type of cases do you offer?

Tough Case - A dual layer case for those who prefer added protection. It consists of an impact resistant Polycarbonate outer shell and an inner TPU liner for extra impact resistance. It has clear open ports for connectivity. Printed in matte as standard.

Slim Case -A single shell hard Polycarbonate case for those who like a straightforward, no fuss case. It is slim in form, lightweight and has clear open ports for connectivity. Printed in matte as standard.

Folio Wallet Case -A folio wallet for those who like to carry their bank cards with their phone. The case is a PVC free faux leather case which is printed on the outside. It is fastened using a grey elastic and comes with a grey interior. It has stitched pockets to store cards and cash. It has clear ports for connectivity.

Slider Wallet Case -A sliding case for those who have that special card they always have to carry. This case consists of an inner TPU lining and a hard polycarbonate back plate. Slide up the back plate to reveal a hidden compartment where one bank sized card can be stored. Slide down to reveal a mirror. It is a shock absorbing case and has clear ports for connectivity.
